Robert and Diane Fritel Rugby-Area Health Endowment

The Fritel Rugby Area Health fund was created to sustain and improve health care for residents in and around Rugby, North Dakota. Income from the fund is used to assure the availability of quality healthcare close to home, now and into the future, and support innovative delivery of healthcare to enhance quality of life.

The North Dakota Tax Credit for Charitable Giving law makes it possible for individuals, businesses and financial institutions to make gifts to qualified nonprofit organizations, for qualified endowments and receive generous tax credits. This law provides for a 40% ND tax credit on qualified charitable contributions of $5,000 or more.
